1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Salesjet website, the ATOM Content Intelligence Platform, APIs, and related services (the "Service") and is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this AUP. We may update it from time to time.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, store, share, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, or invades another person's privacy.
  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property, publicity, or contractual right.
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualizes or endangers minors, or facilitates the exploitation of minors. We will report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required.
  • Is non-consensual intimate imagery or depicts real people in sexual contexts without their consent.
  • Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or the planning of violence against individuals or groups.
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders without appropriate safety context.
  • Contains hate speech targeting protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status).
  • Is designed to mislead voters, manipulate elections, or impersonate election officials, candidates, or government bodies.
  • Depicts a real person doing or saying something they did not do in a manner intended to deceive (deceptive deepfakes), except clearly-labeled satire or commentary protected by law.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Service, its infrastructure, or any user's enjoyment of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, computer systems, or networks, including through credential-stuffing, brute-force, or social engineering.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach security or authentication measures, except through our authorized security-disclosure program.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract model weights, training data, system prompts, or non-public components of the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or programmatically collect content or user data from the Service outside of documented APIs and within their rate limits.
  • Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing AI model or product, or to benchmark against the Service for publication, without our prior written consent.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage caps, billing, access controls, IP restrictions, or geographic restrictions.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) to create accounts, submit content, or interact with the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam) generated by or via the Service, or use the Service to send communications that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, TCPA, or similar laws.

4. Prohibited use cases

You must not use the Service for:

  • Decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual solely through automated processing, including credit, housing, employment, insurance, education, healthcare, or government benefits, without meaningful human review and any disclosures required by law.
  • Surveillance of individuals without a lawful basis, including facial recognition, biometric identification, or location tracking, in violation of applicable law.
  • Development or operation of weapons, weapons-of-mass-destruction precursors, or activities that violate U.S. or other applicable export-control or sanctions law.
  • Critical infrastructure operation where failure of the Service could cause loss of life or serious physical injury (e.g., medical devices, vehicle control, nuclear).
  • Generation of malware, ransomware, exploit code, phishing kits, or instructions for committing crimes.

5. Regulated data

Unless you have a written agreement with Salesjet that expressly permits it, you must not submit to the Service: Protected Health Information (PHI) regulated by HIPAA; payment card data outside of Stripe's hosted fields; government-issued identification numbers (Social Security, passport, driver's license); financial-account credentials; biometric identifiers; or any other category of sensitive personal data subject to heightened legal protection. We may delete such content without notice.

6. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations to abuse@salesjet.pro with the URL, account, or content reference and a description of the issue. For copyright complaints, follow the DMCA process at salesjet.pro/legal/privacy (Section 21 of the Privacy Policy). For security vulnerabilities, email security@salesjet.pro.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, content removal, throttling, suspension, or termination of your account, with or without notice, and may also be reported to law enforcement where required by law. We have no obligation to enforce this AUP and may decline to take action in any specific case.
