1. Our commitment
Salesjet is committed to making the ATOM Content Intelligence Platform and the salesjet.pro website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We design and build with accessibility in mind and continually improve based on user feedback, automated and manual testing, and evolving standards.
2. Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, speech, and neurological disabilities. We also work toward conformance with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) for in-scope products.
3. Measures we take
- Accessibility considered as part of design and code review for new features.
- Semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, and keyboard-operable interactive components built on Radix UI primitives.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements and skip-to-content support.
- Color contrast targets meeting WCAG 2.1 AA for text and UI components.
- Captions or transcripts for video content where reasonably available.
- Periodic automated audits (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) and keyboard-only navigation.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content and features may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
- Some legacy marketing assets (PDFs, embedded videos) may lack full alternative text or captions; we are remediating these on an ongoing basis.
- Generative AI output is produced dynamically and may not always meet accessibility heuristics (e.g., heading structure, alt text). You can request reformatting from the assistant.
- Third-party embeds (Stripe checkout, calendar widgets, video players) follow the accessibility of their respective providers.
5. Compatibility
The Service is designed to be compatible with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and assistive technologies including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), screen magnifiers, voice-control software, and keyboard-only navigation. The Service may not work as expected with browsers more than two major versions old.
6. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility requests within 5 business days.
