Privacy Policy

Effective: May 21, 2026·Last updated: May 21, 2026

Salesjet is operated by Banzai House LLC, a Veracor Group company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and how we keep it secure.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Banzai House LLC, a Veracor Group company, operating as "Salesjet" ("Salesjet," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Salesjet website at salesjet.pro, the ATOM Content Intelligence Platform, related applications, APIs, and any other services that link to this policy (collectively, the "Service"). For the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR, Salesjet is the "controller" of personal information about visitors, prospects, account holders, and end users of the marketing site, and is the "processor" of Customer Content submitted to the Service by paying customers, who remain the controller of that content.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal information we process through the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control, even if they are linked from the Service. Where the Service is offered to you under a separate written agreement (for example, an enterprise order form or Data Processing Addendum), the terms of that agreement control to the extent of any conflict with this policy.

3. Information you provide to us

We collect information you provide directly when you interact with the Service, including:

  • Account information — name, email address, password (hashed), company, role, and time zone.
  • Billing information — billing name, billing address, tax identifiers, and the last four digits / brand / expiration of your payment card. Full card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
  • Customer Content — text, documents, prompts, images, audio, brand assets, sales materials, contact lists, and other content you, your users, or your integrations submit to the Service.
  • Communications — messages, support tickets, survey responses, and any other information you send to us.
  • Marketing information — information you submit through demo requests, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and event registrations.

4. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language preference, and referring/exit URLs.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, features used, clicks, scroll depth, session duration, error events, and performance telemetry.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — first- and third-party cookies, local storage, pixels, and SDKs used for authentication, session continuity, security, analytics, and (where permitted) marketing attribution. See Section 11 for details and choices.
  • Marketing attribution — UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), gclid, fbclid, landing page, and HTTP referrer, retained for up to 90 days to attribute conversions on a first-touch basis.

5. Information from third parties

We may receive personal information from third parties, including: identity providers and single sign-on services you use to log in (e.g., Google); payment and tax providers (Stripe) that confirm your transaction; analytics and product telemetry providers (Google Analytics 4, PostHog); enrichment and verification providers; advertising partners that report conversions; and integration partners you authorize to connect to the Service.

6. How we use information

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including authentication, account management, and customer support.
  • Process transactions, manage subscriptions, send receipts, invoices, renewal notices, and other transactional communications.
  • Personalize the Service and the content, features, and recommendations we surface to you.
  • Communicate with you about products, features, offers, events, and research, where permitted by law and subject to your marketing preferences.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • Train and tune internal models that improve product quality (using aggregated or de-identified data, and never your Customer Content for foundation-model training — see Section 8).

7. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract with you (e.g., providing the Service you subscribed to); (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service, marketing similar products, and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) your consent, where we ask for it (e.g., certain cookies, marketing emails where required). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. AI processing and Customer Content

Salesjet uses third-party AI sub-processors (including, as of the date above, OpenAI and Google) to process prompts and Customer Content for the sole purpose of generating the output you request. We do not sell Customer Content, and we do not use Customer Content to train foundation models for Salesjet or any third party. Where our AI sub-processors offer enterprise or zero-retention configurations, we have enabled them. Output produced by AI features may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; you are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or publishing it.

9. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers and sub-processors — cloud hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), database and authentication, email delivery (Resend), payments and tax (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics 4, PostHog), customer support tooling, and AI providers, each under written agreements that restrict their use of personal information.
  • Affiliates — within the Veracor Group of companies, for the purposes described in this policy.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful requests from public authorities, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Salesjet, our users, or others.
  • With your direction — when you instruct us to share information (for example, through an integration you connect to your account).

10. International data transfers

Salesjet is based in the United States and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Swiss-equivalent SCCs, along with supplementary measures where appropriate. A copy of the safeguards we rely on is available on request to privacy@salesjet.pro.

11. Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. Subject to your choices and applicable law, we also use analytics and product-telemetry cookies (Google Analytics 4, PostHog) and marketing-attribution identifiers (UTM, gclid, fbclid) to understand how the Service is used and to measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, by using our cookie controls where available, and by opting out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

12. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account information is retained for the duration of your account; Customer Content is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion or account closure (subject to backup rotation up to 90 days); billing records are retained for at least 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements; marketing-attribution identifiers expire 90 days after capture; and security and audit logs are retained for up to 24 months. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

13. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, hardened cloud infrastructure, least-privilege access controls with SSO and MFA for personnel, periodic access reviews, vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, vendor security reviews, and incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete information; (c) delete personal information; (d) port your personal information to another provider; (e) restrict or object to certain processing; (f) withdraw consent; and (g) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email privacy@salesjet.pro. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30 days for GDPR requests and 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

15. U.S. state privacy disclosures (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others)

In the prior 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Sections 3–5 (identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation derived from IP, professional/employment information, and inferences) for the purposes described in Section 6, and have disclosed those categories to the service providers and recipients described in Section 9. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly process "sensitive personal information" for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. California residents may also request information under the California "Shine the Light" law by emailing privacy@salesjet.pro.

16. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@salesjet.pro.

17. Automated decision-making

We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated means without human involvement.

18. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

19. Third-party links and integrations

The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

20. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where required, by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

21. DMCA and copyright complaints

Salesjet complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. Designated agent: Banzai House LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, c/o Salesjet, United States, dmca@salesjet.pro. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

22. Biometric data

Salesjet does not knowingly collect, capture, purchase, or otherwise obtain biometric identifiers or biometric information (as those terms are defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (CUBI), Washington's biometric statute, or similar laws), including retina or iris scans, fingerprints, voiceprints, or scans of hand or face geometry. If future features process voice or video, we will update this policy and obtain any required written consent before collection.

23. Notice of data breach

If we determine that a security incident has compromised the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law (including, where applicable, GDPR Article 33's 72-hour notification window to supervisory authorities and U.S. state breach-notification statutes). Notice will describe the nature of the incident, the categories of information involved, the measures taken, and steps you can take to protect yourself.

24. AI output disclaimer and acceptable use

Output generated by AI features is produced by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or fabricated ("hallucinated"). Salesjet does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of AI output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it to make decisions. You must not use the Service to: (a) generate content that infringes third-party rights, violates law, or is defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent; (b) impersonate any person or entity without authorization; (c) generate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that depicts real people in misleading contexts; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer model weights or extract training data; or (e) submit personal information of others without a lawful basis.

25. Telephone, SMS, and electronic communications consent

By providing your telephone number or email address and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and (where you separately opted in) marketing communications from Salesjet, including via email, telephone calls, and SMS/MMS messages, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice as those terms are used in the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS, HELP for help. To unsubscribe from marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email privacy@salesjet.pro. Transactional messages (security, billing, service notices) are required for the Service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

26. Free trials, auto-renewal, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. Where required by law (including California's Automatic Renewal Law, Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602, and similar statutes), we present the auto-renewal terms in a clear and conspicuous manner before purchase, obtain affirmative consent, send a renewal reminder before charging, and provide a self-service cancellation path. You may cancel at any time from your account billing page or by contacting billing@salesjet.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except as required by law or expressly stated in our Terms, fees are non-refundable. Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.

27. Health, financial, and other regulated data

Salesjet is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate, is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and is not a regulated financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). You must not submit Protected Health Information (PHI), payment card data outside of Stripe's hosted fields, government-issued identification numbers, or other regulated data into the Service unless you have a written agreement with Salesjet that expressly permits it. We may delete such content without notice and may suspend accounts that violate this restriction.

28. Beta and preview features

We may offer features designated as "beta," "preview," "experimental," "alpha," or similar. Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may have reduced security, availability, or privacy guarantees than generally-available features. Information you submit through beta features may be used to evaluate and improve those features. Do not submit sensitive or production-critical data into beta features.

29. Account deletion and data export

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@salesjet.pro. We will verify your identity, process the request within 30 days (or as required by applicable law), and confirm completion. Some information will be retained as described in Section 12 (billing records, fraud-prevention signals, backup rotation up to 90 days, and anonymized analytics). You may export your Customer Content via the Service's export tools or by request to support@salesjet.pro.

30. Brazil (LGPD), Quebec (Law 25), and other jurisdictions

If you are in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you rights similar to those in Section 14, including the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, port, and delete personal data, and to information about public and private entities with which we have shared your data. The Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) is your supervisory authority. If you are in Quebec, Law 25 gives you the right to be informed of automated processing, to request a copy of your information in a structured format, and to designate a person to receive communications after your death. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@salesjet.pro.

31. Force majeure and service availability

Salesjet will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service-provider outages (including our cloud, payment, or AI sub-processors), pandemics, or cyberattacks.

32. Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or the Service is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration and class-action waiver in our Terms of Service (if applicable), any action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If any provision of this policy is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
