1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Banzai House LLC ("Salesjet," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Salesjet website at salesjet.pro, the ATOM Content Intelligence Platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies, including HTML5 local storage, session storage, browser fingerprinting signals limited to security and fraud detection, server-set first-party identifiers, pixels (1×1 transparent images used to detect a page view or email open), and JavaScript SDKs from analytics and marketing providers.

3. Categories of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for authentication, session continuity, security, load balancing, fraud detection, and CSRF protection. The Service cannot function without these. Examples: Supabase auth session cookies, Cloudflare security cookies.
  • Functional — remember your preferences and improve your experience (e.g., language, time zone, UI state). Disabling these may reduce functionality.
  • Analytics and product telemetry — help us understand how visitors and users interact with the Service so we can improve it. Examples: Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), PostHog (ph_*).
  • Marketing and attribution — measure marketing campaign performance and attribute conversions. Examples: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid stored in first-party storage for up to 90 days. Where required by law, we set these only with your consent.
  • Third-party — set by services we embed, such as Stripe (payment fraud prevention and 3-D Secure) and our help-desk widget. Each third party operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Your choices

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in and core features.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) — we honor GPC signals where required by applicable U.S. state laws.
  • Google Analytics opt-out — install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • Do Not Track — there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals; we do not currently respond to them but do honor GPC.
  • Cookie banner — if you are in a jurisdiction that requires consent for non-essential cookies (e.g., EEA, UK, Switzerland), our cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or customize categories. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in our site footer.

5. Retention periods

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire on the date set in the cookie, typically between 30 days and 24 months. Marketing-attribution identifiers (utm_*, gclid, fbclid) expire 90 days after capture.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, present an updated banner to obtain renewed consent.
